Mother’s Day is coming up fast, but don’t worry! We have a special pairing to help make the day special thanks to Chef Wolfgang Ban, owner of Seasonal Restaurant. As you already know, Grüner Veltliner and asparagus are a match made in heaven and while we’re at the tail end of asparagus season, there’s still plenty of time to enjoy.
Below you’ll find the recipe card. We highly recommend pairing this with a weightier, richer Grüner Veltliner – aim for regions known to have a little more umph such as the Wachau (Smaragd level,) or Reserve wines from Kamptal or Wagram.
